Mike Wright comes to TSG as a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the lighting industry where he spent many years in distribution before joining TSG. Mike works alongside Jim Hoopaugh covering the Houston and Southeast Texas region.

Along with his strong work ethic, Mike harnesses the ability to connect with our customers and understand their needs and excels at closing that gap in the line of communication between the manufacturer and the end user. Mike also brings a wealth of knowledge about the homebuilding sector in Houston and the surrounding areas as well.

When he’s not helping his customers illuminate the world, you will likely find him entrenched in family life. A devoted family man, Mike is married with two energetic boys and two beloved pups. His life is a vibrant tapestry of work, play, and cherished moments. At home, Mike’s world is filled with the laughter of his two sons, who’s achievements keep him busy – from his oldest son’s standout performance on the national lacrosse circuit to his youngest’s boundless energy for outdoor adventure and all things digital. In his spare time, you will likely find him tinkering in the garage, fueling his passion for the automotive world, classic cars, and dirt bikes. Mike loves to vacation to tropical destinations and cherishes lazy days by the pool with his family and friends.
